1 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. apples, chopped
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. nuts
8 oz. candied cherries
8 oz. candied pineapple

Cream Crisco, sugar and eggs. Add apples. Sift flour, salt, soda and spices and add to mixture. Add fruit and vanilla and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
