CLAMS CASINO 
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can minced clams, drained
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Bread crumbs
Clean clam shells

Saute the onions and peppers in butter. Add clams, Cheddar cheese and seasonings, and heat until cheese is melted. Divide the mixture between the clam shells and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Put under the broiler for a few minutes to heat through and brown the crumbs.
