SURPRISE FOILED POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, pared
Onion and celery salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
Aluminum foil

Cut potatoes into strips as for French fries. Divide on 4 squares of aluminum foil. Sprinkle each with seasonings and cheese. Dot each with 2 tablespoons butter.

Close foil loosely, allowing room for steam to escape. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or cook on BBQ grill.
