CRUMB PIE CRUST 
PASTRY:

1 1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk

Mix together and spread in pie dish (2 pie dishes OR one 9 x 13 inch pan) Add pie filling of your choice. Cover with crumb mixture: 1/3 c. butter 1/2 c. sugar

Cut together. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until brown on top.
