One box of angel food cake mix (ensure it is the one-step kind of mix)
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple

Do not drain pineapple. Combine angel food mix with undrained pineapple. Mix thoroughly using a spatula.

Spoon into a nonstick 9x13 pan and bake at 325°FF for 35-45 minutes. The top will be golden brown and cracked looking.

Top with a dollop of Whipped topping.

This works equally well using a 20 ounce can of cherry pie or peach pie filling.
