QUICK VEAL PARMIGIANO 
4 - 8 frozen veal cube steaks
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. white wine
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 - 8 slices mozzarella cheese
Oregano to taste

Separate veal steaks and brown quickly in hot oil. Season while cooking. When brown, arrange in skillet, overlapping if necessary. Pour tomato sauce mixed with white wine over veal. Add mushrooms and Parmesan cheese and oregano. Cover skillet and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove cover and place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each steak spooning sauce over cheese. Recover and continue cooking until cheese melts. Serve hot.
