CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 c. cut cauliflower or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 tbsp. butter
12 butter crackers, crumbled

Cook and drain cauliflower. Drain well. Melt cheese with half of butter. Mix with cauliflower. Place in greased baking dish. Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle crumbs on top of casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
