BUTTERSCOTCH BARS 
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) pkg. brown sugar
2 c. biscuit mix
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch (or chocolate) morsels
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs at medium speed with mixer until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread batter in a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Yield: 4 dozen. Baker's Joy works great to grease and flour pan.
