2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar, milk, butter and cocoa on medium-high heat until boiling. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Stir thoroughly. Drop on waxed paper.
