INDIAN CORN STEW 
2 medium onions, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground beef
1 (No. 2) can whole kernel corn
1 medium can tomatoes
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour, blended with 2 tbsp. cold water

Cook onions and green pepper with butter 5 minutes. Add meat and brown well, stirring frequently. Add corn, tomatoes, sugar and salt. Simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in blended flour and water; cook for a few minutes and serve.
