TACO SHELLS 
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. very warm water
4 tbsp. soft shortening

In large bowl, mix flour and shortening. Add baking powder and salt. Add water, little at a time, mixing well. Add just enough water to form a soft dough (not sticky). Knead well. Form into 8 balls and roll out on board (very thin). Cook on preheated lightly greased fry pan. Butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
