CHEESE LOGS 
16 oz. cheddar, cubed
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
4 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped nuts (for rolling)

Combine cheeses and onion and blend in food processor with sour cream. Stir in 3/4 cup nuts. Chill until firm. Roll desired sizes in chopped nuts.
