SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 boxes frozen chopped spinach
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 envelope bleu cheese salad dressing

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain thoroughly. Set aside. Mix sour cream with bleu cheese dressing mix. Combine sour cream mixture with spinach. Put into casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Reheats well.
