1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. applesauce (15 oz.)
3 eggs

Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease tube pan and dust with 1 tablespoon mixture. Mix other ingredients together. Put 1/2 of the mixture into the pan. Then add the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Now put the rest of the cake mixture in the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes then invert on serving plate.
