"ZOOKY" SOUP 
32 oz. can cut-up tomatoes
15 oz. can Northern beans
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, sliced thin
2 c. zucchini, halved, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. basil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bay leaf, if desired
16 oz. can kidney beans
15 oz. can garbanzo beans
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. peanuts or cashews

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Cover and simmer an hour or until vegetables are tender. (If desired, add bay leaf, but remember to remove before serving.) Add nuts, heat through.
