EASY OVEN STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat, no browning
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. sliced carrots
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 can water
2 med. potatoes, cut in chunks
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in a 3 to 4 quart casserole. Mix together gently. Bake at 275 degrees, covered, for 5 hours.
