24 HOUR CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 sm. head of lettuce
1 box of frozen green English peas
Mayonnaise to cover
1 head of cauliflower
1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix (use dry)

Shred lettuce in bowl, break cauliflower into small pieces. Thaw peas and drain, place on top of lettuce and cauliflower. Sprinkle package of dry salad dressing mix over all the mixture. Seal by spreading mayonnaise over top. Cover bowl tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours. Toss before serving.
