ITALIAN MEAT PIE | |
1 lb. each salami, ham, dry sausage (1 stick with skin off and sliced thinly), and mozzarella (cubed) 1/4 lb. grated Parmesan cheese 3 lb. container ricotta 1 doz. large eggs Mix grated cheese, mozzarella and ricotta together. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Mix all meat together. Be sure to cut it all in pieces. Combine all ingredients together and pour into pie crust. Top pie with strips of dough to give it criss - cross effect. Bake in preheated oven 400 degrees for 1 hour. |
