NOODLE KUGEL 
1 (8 oz.) egg noodles
1 sm. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 sm. cottage cheese, sm. curd
1/4-1/2 c. raisins
1 lg. c. crushed pineapple, undrained
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
Apricot preserves
Cinnamon & sugar

Boil noodles and drain. Mix all other ingredients with noodles. Pour into greased 3 quart casserole dish (9 x 13 inch). Spread layer of apricot preserves. (Beat first in bowl.) Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until bubbly and golden.
