PASOLE 
4 lbs. cubed beef
2 lbs. cubed pork
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1 can green chilies
2 lg. cans white or yellow hominy
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lg. bottle catsup
1 lg. can tomato juice
1 lg. bottle Worcestershire sauce
Celery salt to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Brown meat in very large pan, 6 to 10 quart size. Add remaining ingredients to meat. Bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours. A very good chili for a large crowd or to freeze.
