PUMPKIN CUSTARD 
3 c. pumpkin
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding (not instant)
2 tbsp. brown butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
A little salt

Cook and mix ingredients. Bake in greased pan until center of pudding is done. Bake at 375 degrees.
