SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry
1 egg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
2 c. vegetable oil
1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks with juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 med. green pepper (cut into 1" pieces)
Hot cooked rice

Mix first 6 ingredients. Add chicken, stir to coat. Fry in hot oil until light brown. Drain pineapple. Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup. Add cornstarch.

Combine pineapple, juice mixture and next 4 ingredients in pan. Bring to boil. Add green pepper and chicken. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
