PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CARROT
CAKE
 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pack Duncan Hines cake mix

Heat oven to 350°F. Heat butter in pan in oven until melted. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Spoon pineapple over sugar and spread evenly. Prepare cake as directed. Pour over pineapple.

Bake until cake pulls away from sides, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
