MICROWAVE SPICY SPUDS 
4 potatoes (med.)
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Dash paprika

Cut into 1/4 inch slices. Arrange on glass baking dish. Brush with melted butter. Combine crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Sprinkle over potatoes. Cook in microwave oven at full power for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender, turning 1/4 turn several times. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 3 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
