CHICK PEA DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can chick peas
1 tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 or 3 drops olive oil
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parsley to garnish

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Sprinkle olive oil over the mixture and garnish with sprig of parsley. Serve with flat bread.
