2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 scant tsp. salt

Cream good, then add yolks of 4 large eggs with sugar, butter, and mashed potatoes. Then add: 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg Last 2 c. cake flour 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder 3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat good, then fold in 4 stiffly beaten egg whites. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees.

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 c. sifted powdered sugar

Cream together and add enough milk or cream for good spreading consistency, also 2 tablespoons butter or Crisco, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
