2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
6 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, butter, eggs, salt, sour cream, and vanilla. Add and mix baking soda and flour. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before rolling out. Roll out in flour; cut into desired shapes. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown around edges.
