REUBEN BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese
1 lg. tomato, sliced
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. butter

Cook noodles as directed on package. Place cooked noodles in 12x9x2 (or similar) pan and toss with butter. Spread sauerkraut over noodles; then cover with shredded corned beef, Miracle Whip, tomato, and Swiss cheese. Melt butter and toss with cracker crumbs and caraway seeds. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake until hot and bubbly in 350 degree oven 45 minutes to one hour. Serves 6 to 8.
