CHEESECAKE BROWNIES 
BROWNIES:

1 pkg. brownie with double fudge mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 lb. 93 1/2 c.) confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13"x9" pan. For brownies combine brownie mix, contents of double fudge moistness packet, eggs, water, oil and nuts in large bowl. Stir with spoon until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread evenly in pan.

For Topping: Beat cream cheese in large bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread evenly over brownie mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. (Edges and top will be golden brown and have a shiny appearance.) Cool completely. Refrigerate until well chilled. Cut into squares.
