1 box of cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

Mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil. Make one inch balls. Flatten with a glass.

Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool one minute. Remove from cookie sheet and transfer to cooling rack.

Especially good if you are called upon to make a large quantity of cookies for an occasion. Confetti cake mix is colorful for Easter or Christmas.
