BROILED STUFFED WIENIES 
8 frankfurters
8 dill pickle wedges
Catsup diluted with apple juice concentrate
8 cheddar cheese slivers
8 slices bacon

Split franks almost through lengthwise. Place a pickle wedge and cheese sliver in each slit. Wrap with bacon slice and secure each end with a toothpick. Baste with catsup mixture and broil or grill over medium coals until bacon is crisp. Serve with barbecued beans and the usual picnic fare.
