HOT BACON CANAPES 
1 lb. bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Pumpernickel party rounds

Cook bacon until crisp. Cool slightly and break into small pieces.

Mix crumbled bacon with mayonnaise and Swiss cheese. Spread on slices of pumpernickel bread rounds. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
