CINNAMON ROLLS 
2 C warm water
1/2 C sugar
2 pkg yeast
1 tsp salt
2 C flour
2 eggs
1/2 C shortening
4 1/2 C sifted flour
3-4 sticks butter
brown sugar
cinnamon
walnuts

Combine water, sugar and yeast. Add salt and 2 cups flour. Mix with mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs and shortening. Blend in rest of flour. Stir until well formed. Rest 20 minutes.

Roll out big and thin. Melt butter and brush on dough. Sprinkle lots of brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts. Roll up and slice about 1 inch apart. Lay on buttered cookie sheet almost touching. Cook at 375°F until done.
