CINNAMON BUBBLY ROLLS 
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
6 tbsp. sugar (1/4 c. + 2 tbsp.)
1 tbsp. cinnamon
3 small cans flaky biscuits, or one large can
1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 c.)
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag. Cut biscuits into quarters, put them in the bag, and shake well to coat. Spray a large tube pan with cooking spray. Put a couple of small pieces of butter around, then sprinkle with nuts. Pile biscuits pieces into the pan. Meanwhile, mix butter, sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or so. Put a large serving platter over the pan and invert the biscuits to serve.

Can cut some of the biscuits into smaller pieces in order to make more surfaces. Use a 10-inch pan (when using a 9-inch pan, sometimes the biscuits in the center do not cook and stay too doughy.).
