PINEAPPLE COOKIE CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple

In mixer, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, and eggs. Put 1/2 can pineapple in mixer and mix. Put in remaining pineapple and cream a little. Do not drain pineapple. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

ICING:

4 oz. cream cheese
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Spread on cake while warm.
