1/4 c. Parkay or Soft Parkay butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
Sugar

Cream butter and sugar; blend in eggs and vanilla. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt; mix well. Chill. roll out to 1/8-inch thickness; cut with assorted cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 6 to 8 minutes. 9 dozen.
