OPEN FACED PEACH PIE 
6 or 7 lg. peaches
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 or 2 drops almond flavoring (optional)

Peel and slice peaches and fill pie shell. Mix sugar, flour, egg and almond flavoring. Spread on top of and around peaches. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
