1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground round
1/2 to 3/4 c. catsup
1 egg
1 chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper
6 or 8 saltine crackers, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. mustard
dash of Tony Chachere original seasoning
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Mix all ingredients into meat with your hand. Spread into casserole dish. Top with additional ketchup.

Bake at 350°F until done, approximately 1 hour.
