KING RANCH CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped (save chicken broth)
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2-3 tsp. chili powder
1 med. chopped onion
1/4-1/2 c. chopped green pepper (bell pepper)
1 can green chilies, chopped
1 jar mushrooms
1 sm. can sliced black olives
1 block cheddar cheese
Flour tortillas

In a large mixing bowl mix above ingredients. Grease baking dish. Dip tortillas in chicken broth and line baking dish. Pour 1/2 mixture; top with cheese. Add another layer of tortillas, the remainder of the mixture, top with remainder of cheese. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
