MAIN DISH VEGETABLE SOUP 
1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 c. water
1 (15 or 16 oz.) can red kidney beans, undrained
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
2 med. carrots, sliced
1/2 med. cabbage, cut into 1 inch chunks
1/4 c. elbow macaroni
1 chicken flavor bouillon cube
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. pepper

In 4 quart saucepan over medium high heat, cook ground beef and onion meat until it is browned, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables and macaroni are tender; stirring occasionally.
