1 can cherry pie filling
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can fruit cocktail, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Can be made several days ahead; keeps well. Spoon into sherbet glasses to serve, or dessert dishes.
