CHICKEN SPAGHETTI | |
2 sm. fryers, broiled and deboned, save broth 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 lg. can tomatoes, mashed 1 c. celery, diced 1 med. bell pepper, diced 1 sm. onion, diced Vermicelli noodles Put small amount of oil in electric frying pan. Saute celery, bell pepper and onion for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes, add soup then chicken. Cook vermicelli spaghetti in chicken broth. Put drained spaghetti in casserole dish, add sauce and bake 45 minutes. Last few minutes add grated cheese. If desired, add diced pimento for color. Recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen. |
