SWISS STEAK ROYAL 
2 lbs. round steak, 1 inch thick
3/4 c. flour
2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chili sauce

Pound flour into steak. Pan fry onions in hot oil in skillet. Remove onions from skillet. Brown steak on both sides. Cover with onions. Sprinkle with mustard, salt, pepper and garlic. Spread chili sauce over steak and add water. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. (Can substitute canned tomatoes for chili sauce.)
