SALSA SAUCE 
30 lg. ripe tomatoes, peeled or not
5 med. onions
5 med. bell peppers
3 med. jalapeno peppers
3 tbsp. salt
20 tbsp. sugar or 3 packets sugar substitute
1 tbsp. ground oregano
1 tbsp. chili powder
3 c. white vinegar

Chop coarsely and put in large kettle and boil 1 hour. Makes 6 quarts.
