CHEESECAKE CUPCAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each foil cupcake liner. Combine softened cream cheese with sugars, eggs, and vanilla using a mixer. Spoon mixture over wafers about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Top cooled cakes with cherry or blueberry pie filling.
