MEAL-IN-A-SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
4 lg. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 (1 lb.) cans tomatoes
1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn
1 onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook beef in skillet until brown. Add potatoes, tomatoes, corn and onion in layers; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover skillet; reduce temperature. Simmer for 1 hour.
