QUICK CHICKEN PRIMAVERA | |
2 tbsp. butter 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips 1-2 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 c. whipping cream or milk 1 pkg. Green Giant Pasta frozen vegetables Melt butter. Over large skillet, chicken, garlic; cook and stir 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Add whipping cream. Cover it 4 to 8 minutes until vegetables are crisp and tender. Stir before serving. Makes 4 servings. |
