SWISS BAKE 
1 bag veggies, thawed & drained (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. + 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pimiento
Durkee French Fried Onions

Mix all ingredients using only half of the cheese and half of the onion. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining half cheese and half onion. Bake, uncovered for 5 minutes.
