CORN SOUP WITH SHRIMP 
2 tbsp. shortening
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 qts. water
2 lbs. shrimp
1 can cut corn
1 can creamed corn
1 can tomatoes
Seasoning to taste

Brown flour in shortening and add onions, celery and cook until softened. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
