SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag fresh spinach
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped finely
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/4 c. dark vinegar
1 sm. onion
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup

Dressing: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed. Chill until ready to serve salad. Mix spinach and water chestnuts in salad bowl. Top with remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over all and enjoy.
